Building Manager

Central London
£35,000 plus up to £12k bonus

These workspaces, which are populated by professional and creative individuals, serve as the base for a thriving and varied network of companies, including both start-ups and well-known names.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional building enivornment and support members' needs
- Carry out building walks
- Accountable for end to end member experience at building level ensuring building teams are exceeding in member experience service expectations at all times
- Oversee member on-boarding and off-boarding
- On site team management including arranging daily plans and schedules, overseeing opening and closing procedures, conducting morning meetings and monthly team meetings
- Carry out regular one to one meetings with the team, training all new starters on process, procedures and expectations using the training plan
- Troubleshooting day to day IT & Telecoms issues, escalating where appropriate
- Manage adherence to the building security measures
Knowledge & Experience
- Financial awareness, building management cost management, billing and invoicing
- Line management
- Customer facing experience - ideally Flexible Workspace Management, or Retail Management, Hotel Management, (Store Manager, General Manager, Duty Manager, Operations Manager, Deputy Manager, Community Manager, Centre Manager)
- H&S Regulations knowledge
- Member facing engagement
- Experience with HR processes and people management
- Setting goals for team
- Retaining members and supporting growth
