Sales and Marketing Assistant - Sales, Serviced Office and Marketing Experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 plus commission
Location: London
Our client is the longest standing flexible workspace provider. They are a flexible workspace company owning 15 sites across London, with private office spaces as well as inviting communal areas. This comapny own their buildings and are not planning on selling any of them, just continuing to improve them. What this means for their residents is stability. They can be secure in the knowledge that their office is their office. They have bright offices of all shapes and sizes as well as amenities like meeting rooms, kitchens, multiple breakout spaces and gyms.
Job Specification:
Assist the Central Sales and Marketing team
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing and responding to leads and enquiries from prospective Clients and a network of brokers
- Scheduling/concluding of viewings
- Maintain and build positive relationships with broker and commercial agent partners
- Deliver excellent customer service to each enquiry
- Assisting Central Sales & Marketing Manager with programme of internal viewing
- Assisting Central Marketing Manager with programme of social media, market intelligence and other projects within the Central Marketing strategy
