Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join the team at a Luxury Residential Development in West London.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Duties:
- Support The Development Manager with daily tasks.
- Deal with all enquiries from Residents via email and phone.
- Oversee contractors onsite and book in maintenance works.
- Process invoices and work orders.
- Raise PO's.
- Oversee the social media for the development.
- Liaise with residents via the resident's portal.
- Ordering office stationery supplies.
- Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance is met.
- Keep an updated maintenance record.
- Complete development inspections.
- Processing insurance claims and arranging remedial works.
- Planning & issuing the monthly concierge rota.
- Approving concierge holiday requests and arranging cover.
- Completing monthly concierge overtime reports.
- Assisting with fire alarm testing.
- Additional ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Willing to learn and undergo training.
- Reliable and have good timekeeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be able to demonstrate initiative.
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
