- Description
Our Client is seeking a Caretaker to join their Luxury Estate based in Putney.
Hours - Monday to Friday , 9am - 5:30pm
Salary - £32,000 per annum + Christmas BonusMain purpose of the job:
To provide general cleaning support for the buildings and external areas
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification
Empty, clean and replace waste bins
Check all overflows externally
Pick up litter
Health and safety, ensuring the site is always kept clean and tidy, report any issues to managment proactively try and fix anything, change bulbs etc, sweep up car park and surrounding areas.
Riser and Electrical cupboards checked monthly and where required cleared out and items disposed of.
Meet and show contractors around as and when required.
Monitor CCTV
Keep estate office clean and tidy.Person Specification:
Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative Honest and Reliable
Team Player
Works well under pressure
