Our client is London based, growing managing agent, currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure meetings with prospective clients and update notes on internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accordingly
- Approaching new avenues/clients (developers & freeholders for example) for business
- Developing new business by approaching current developers, freeholders & leaseholders
- Nurture new business accounts as efficiently as possible to create and close new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Contribute to closing revenue in accordance with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Attend networking events
- Send client emails and letter campaigns
- Ensure smooth transition from sale to management of the account
- Increase new stock and build rapport with prospective clients
- Create and send proposals for new properties
- Upsell hard services e.g., security guards, caretakers and maintenance
- Build client network via LinkedIn
- Attend site visits with prospective clients
- Preparing pitch reports and conducting pitches
- Calculate financial viability of all deals you do, in line with set bench marks
The Successful Applicant Skills & Experience
- Proven successful track record in a thriving sale driven team
- Proven experience on delivering and launching new instructions and developing new business relationships
- Experience in meeting targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 5 years+ sales experience within property management
- Great communication and negotiating skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management
- Driving licence
- Good attention to detail
- Team-Orientated
- Customer-Focused
