Our Client are currently seeking a Resident Services Night Manager to join their team at a luxury residential development based in West London.
Working 4 nights on 4 nights off with the hours of 7pm - 7am.
Salary is £25,750 annually
Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure excellent levels of customer service during the evenings and at night for all residents and their guests.
Assist with resident and client requests, delivering an excellent bespoke service and be an ambassador at all times. Parking and retrieving of residents' cars upon request.
Conduct regular site inspections and security patrols, during the evening and at night, of the site and report any issues that arise.
Manage and monitor contractors and building works that may be taking place and to ensure all Health and Safety measures are being adhered to at all times.
Be responsible for the inspection and presentation of reception area and common parts of the site, ensuring these remain presentable at all times
Dealing with initial enquiries, booking in viewings and negotiating offers
Creating a community feel through communication, events and innovations
