VERTO HR are looking for a reliable, extremely well presented and courteous Front of House Concierge for a High - End Residential apartment block in Fulham.
Hours: Friday 6am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm (17 hours per week)
Salary: £11.34 per hour
Reporting to: The Property Manager based off site
Start date: October 2021
AIM OF POST:
To manage the main reception welcoming residents, monitor CCTV coverage, provide concierge services, assist with visitor and vehicle orientation, assist in directing deliveries, provide a visible presence around the development whilst on patrol and assist residents with all Porterage and Concierge activities to include key holder and parcel deliveries. In addition to provide any reasonable ad-hoc services as Managing Agent might require.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To meet and greet the residents, answer enquiries by telephone, email or callers to the front desk. Assist the residents, guests and visitors with reasonable job tasks and individual requests to be dealt with efficiently whilst maintaining reception cover.
- To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times. Deal effectively with complaints, take the correct action and remain courteous at all times. Where necessary, pass details of any complaint on to your line manager.
- Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times, wearing a suit and tie.
- Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times including manning any CCTV and aid the smooth running of car parking facilities.
- Check and screen all visitors and guests, ensuring they have permission to be present in the building. Report any suspicious/unusual behaviour to the line manager or call the police if necessary.
- Ensure that the concierge controls all contractors on site, that each of them signs in and has the correct permit to work on the site if instructed by head office.
- Supervise the cleaning staff making sure that communal areas are being cleaned in accordance with the terms of reference
- Correct reporting of any security/health and safety issues, incidents and complaints. Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency and immediately advising your line manager.
- Responsibility for all deliveries to main reception desk, receiving and safekeeping of all parcels/registered mail. Correct issuing of all parcels/registered mail with a record which must be signed by residents.
- To coordinate, monitor, control and maintain a key control system to ensure the safekeeping of both residents & building keys
- Pro-actively deal with any maintenance and cleaning problems identified within the property and regularly carry out site inspections to minimize/identify any problems.
