CALLING ALL CARETAKERS - are you looking for a new opportunity?
Our client is currently seeking a proactive, self - motivated caretaker who has great communication skills and attention to detail.

Hours: 6am - 11am
Shifts: 2 Flexible caretakers to work on a rota across 7 days
Salary: £22,000 + 2% Discretionary bonus
Key Duties
- Strong communication & coordination within the team
- Manually handling bins and preparing them for collection
- Compacting cardboard with the aid of the cardboard compacting device
- Ensuring all cars are parked in their allocated spaces
- Checking door handles, locks and light switches to ensure they're well functioning
- Cleaning outside and inside areas of the residency
Experience Required
- At least 1 year experience as a caretaker
- Residential care-taking experience is desired but not essential
