Full-Time: Assistant Centre Manager
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - Monday to Friday
Location: Richmond, Surrey
Reporting to: Business Operations Manager
Salary: £27,000

Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager ideally with Flexible Office industry knowledge. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who is highly organised, and passionate in ensuring the smooth running of the Centre and its facilities.
This is a role with various responsibilities including but not limited to:
High standards of presentation and upkeep of the Centre
Excellent delivery of customer service and satisfaction
Assisting move ins of new clients, setting up IT/Telephony
Job Description
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this is a significant role within our busy, high profile business centre. You will be responsible for supporting the Business Operations Manager with the day-to-day functions and making sure excellent customer service is always provided. Our client are seeking a professional and knowledged Front of House administrator, preferably with Flexible Office industry knowledge, who is happy to get involved in whatever is asked and contribute to the success of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to possess the following attributes, but not limited to:
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and perform under pressure
* Excellent command of English, both verbal and written with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently.
* Service orientated and able to self-manage with a high degree of autonomy
* Enthusiastic in ensuring the smooth running of the Centre and its facilities.
* Understand Health & Safety compliance
* Be apt with standard PC packages and computerised systems.
* Minimum of three years' experience in a customer facing role with a hands on approach
