PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across central London, we are actively recruiting for a part time cleaner to work on a residential building in the City of London.
Hours Vary: 8am to 4pm/8am to 12pm/8am to 5pm/7am to 4pm
Rate: £9.80-11.05 + holiday pay
Start date: ASAP
Main purpose of the job:
To provide general cleaning support for the buildings and external areas.Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Check all overflows externally
- Pick up litterPerson Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
