- Description
Our Client are currently seeking for an experienced Live-in Porter to work at a luxury residential development based in South West London.
Working every Monday to Saturday, Monday to Friday hours are 8am - 4:30pm and Saturday hours are 8am - 12pm.
Salary is £23,000 and includes a one bedroom unfurnished flat.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for residents and visitors to the estate
- Ensure all front entrances are kept clean and door furnishings polished on a daily basis
- Maintain all records to ensure plant and equipment is serviced regularly, and if not, to report to management
- Clean all common parts including stairs and balustrades
- Maintain all records for mechanical, emergency and other systems' mandatory testing
- Daily patrols of the development, taking note of any defects
- Following the health and safety policy at all times
- Sweep and clean all paths and general areas Keep clear and regularly clean and disinfect all gutters (where accessible) and drains
- Inspect all communal areas including lifts for faulty light bulbs and replace where necessary
