VERTO HR are currently seeking an exceptional Day Concierge to join our team at a brand new luxury residential develpoment in Southall.
The shift pattern will be 4 on, 4 off, 0700 - 1900 - 42 hours per week
Salary: £26,000
Concierge duties:
- Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
- Patrols
- key handling
- Parcel deliveries
- Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
- Looking smart and well presented at all times
- Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the Estate Manager/team members
Experience in front of house/customer service is required, preference for working within the hotel/service industry with a big emphasis on providing a 5* service. Clear voice, calm and an assuring presence.
