Description

Our Client is looking for a Yardman to join their team at a luxury development in East London.

Salary: 20K-21K per annum

Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 8am - 4pm

Duties:

  • He/she must be able to drive an electric buggy around the devlopment (Full UK Driving Licence is required).
  • Push and pull 1100lt bin containers and recycling containers to rotate and prepare for collection.
  • Undertake general cleaning of the external area's.
  • Maintain and clean the gym.
  • Have basic knowledge of painting and willing to learn more.
  • Clear and remove debris ffrom drains.
  • Clean all wire cables, pipes, light fittings, stair frames and glass panels.
  • Dust cobwebs.
  • Clean up spillages .
  • Keep all floors clean - vacumming, sweeping and mopping.
  • Litter picking around the development.
  • Pressure wash and disinfect areas.
  • Weeding of the external gardens.
