- Description
PMR supplies on-site staff to luxury residential blocks across London, & we are actively recruiting for Cleaners and Caretakers at present to work for us across our sites. You will work on a zero hour contract, to cover for permanent staff taking annual leave or sickness.
Hours vary between 4-8 hour shifts.
Hourly rate: £9.20 - £11.05 per hour + Holiday Pay
Duties will include:
- Daily rubbish collection of bin bags outside each residential apartments between designated hours (all blocks)
- Daily sweeping of all block entrances.
- Clean and disinfect all internal hard surfaces (including mirrors)
- To vacuum and clean all carpets
- Cleaning of stains on carpets
- Dusting and clean of all woodwork (doors, balustrades, skirtings, window sills etc.)
- Polish all metal/brass furnishings on communal doors and windows
- Clean and polish all intercom panels and front doors to blocks
- Dust all window sills and ledges
- Dusting of flat entrance doors
