Description

PMR are currently recruiting for a Concierge to work at large luxury residency in East London.

The shift pattern will be 4 on & 4 off and includes both Day & Night Shifts.

The Person Must...

  • have worked as a concierge at a residential site or 4*-5* Hotels
  • have 1-2 years experience in the industry
  • be immaculately dressed and punctual

Main Duties...

  • Welcoming visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner
  • Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required
  • Accurate Parcel Handling and recording
  • Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently
  • Maintaining a log book of current and past contractors and on site visitors
  • Ensuring that the front desk is always covered & secure.
