- Description
Our client is recruiting for a House Manager to oversee the day to day running of a luxury residential development based in East London. There are a number of major works scheduled in 2022 / 2023 including the cladding works, so this is an excellent opportunity to get hands on experience, working alongside industry professionals.
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 p/a
Duties:
- This is a hybrid role incorporating the attributes of a Head Concierge/ Building Manager.
- Creating good customer relationships with all customers (existing and perspective) by sending regular updates and communication in a professional manner even when delivering difficult messages.
- They would need to demonstrate an ability to manage the team effectively, whilst becoming hands on in the day to day management and inspection of the building.
- They will need to be process driven and build on the infrastructure that has been established within the last 18 months.
- Managing onsite in-house staff (e.g., Concierge, onsite cleaner), ensuring key day-to-day tasks are completed and daily handover undertaken, you will also be asked to manage contractors, cleaners, caretakers and landscape contractors as part of your role.
