Night Porter

Our Client are currently looking for an experienced Night Porter to work on-going temporary shifts at their luxury residential development based in South West London.

The cover will be for a long period of time, until further notice.

Working every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with the hours of 3:30pm - 11:30pm

Rate is 10.00 per hour + holiday pay per hour

Duties include but are not limited to:

Provide on-site assistance to all residents of the apartments (queries, issue spare keys where authorised, sign for deliveries and handle laundry for the apartments)
Doorkeeper duties (welcoming all guests, assisting residence with luggage and shopping if requested, providing access for contractors)
Ensure the building in secure: conduct patrols of site, ensure all doors are properly locked
Site Management (ensure bins are not overfilling, unlock roof garden door, inspect lifts and landings to ensure all is in working order)
Check all fire doors are closed and fire escapes clear
Report all maintenance and residents queries to the Estate Manager
Responsibility lies on the porter for the upkeep of front of house, including: vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning mirrors throughout the site
The forecourt to be maintained, swept and hosed
Surfaces to be regularly disinfected, specifically door handles and buttons
Bins throughout building to be emptied; specifically roof garden and office space
Patrol of the cark park. Ensuring there is no misuse
Dealing with resident enquiries and complaints. Estate Manager to be informed as appropriate
Site record management. Updating the handover log/diary of events on site
Ensuring rules of building and roof are followed and contacting Estate Management team if rules
