Assistant Recruitment Consultant - Flexible Offices

PMR are a specialist property recruitment company, based in Oxford Circus.

We supply some of the UK's premium workspace providers with operational management and front of house staff

We are looking for individuals with a pro-active work ethic, and strong customer service/people skills, who wish to start a career in recruitment

Working alongside one of the Recruitment Managers, you will assist them in a wide range of duties, these will include:

• Sourcing suitable candidates for permanent jobs
• Advertising job roles and managing all responses
• Carrying out candidate interviews through video or face to face
• Registering candidates onto our CRM/Company software
• Creating candidate folders
• Writing up CVs into company format
• Calling candidates to schedule interviews
• Assisting Team Leaders with creating shortlists for permanent jobs
• Liaising with candidates regarding current and expected salary, notice periods, reason for leaving
• Building a rapport with candidates
• Using social media pro‐actively to generate candidates and contacts
• Keeping client information updated, adding and deleting contacts
• Writing up Job Descriptions into company format
• Building a rapport with clients
• Client visits to workspaces to meet with the team
• Sales calls to existing and new clients
• Generating new sales leads through site visits
• Keeping the database updated with New Developments

• To be aware of and know how to use social media such as LinkedIn to development your own
