Our client manages a portfolio of serviced apartments across London and the South East UK and they are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join the team!
Operations Administrator:
- Salary: £20k-£22k p/a
- Contract: Full time, permanent
- Start date: December 2021
- Training: 2-weeks (in office, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm)
- Fixed rota: Sunday to Thursday 8:45am-6pm
- Key responsibilities: Organise and co-ordinate the housekeeping and maintenance schedules using PMS. Liaise with housekeepers and maintenance technicians following their activities and report back to department managers accordingly whilst recording notes on activities. Make orders for inventory and organise delivery.
- Ideal candidates: English speaking with excellent organisation & communication skills (verbal & written). Must be trustworthy, with good attention to detail, practical-minded with a can-do attitude. Relevant experience in Property Management or Hospitality Operations is preferred, but not essential.
