The job
This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio made up mainly of RMC-managed sites across the Home Counties and London.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, covering service charge, compliance, maintenance, and resident communication. The role offers a sensible hybrid working pattern, with a mix of office time, home working, and regular site visits.
It's a hands-on block management role with exposure to HRBs, but not a specialist or siloed position.
The person
You'll have at least 2 years' experience in residential block management and be comfortable managing your own sites. You'll be confident dealing with budgets, Section 20 consultations, AGMs, and site inspections.
Experience working with HRBs and an understanding of building safety requirements is preferred. ATPI is ideal, but candidates actively working towards it will also be considered.
You'll be organised, professional, and clear in how you communicate with residents, directors, and contractors.
