Job Title: Fire Safety Inspector / Fire Safety Officer (Entry Level)
Salary: £32,000
Location: London & surrounding areas (site-based, travel required)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is genuinely excited about starting a career in fire safety. No previous fire safety role is required - we're looking for people with the right attitude, attention to detail, and a real interest in building a future in this industry.You'll be trained to carry out fire safety inspections across residential and mixed-use properties, supporting compliance with current fire safety legislation and helping to keep buildings and residents safe.
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out on-site fire safety inspections across a portfolio of properties
Checking fire doors, means of escape, signage, emergency lighting, alarms, and general fire safety standards
Identifying issues and recording findings clearly and accurately
Supporting fire safety compliance and follow-up actions with site teams and contractors
Maintaining inspection records and reports for compliance purposes
Learning UK fire safety legislation and best practice through hands-on experience
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who:Is keen to build a career in fire safety
Has a background in construction, property, facilities, security, concierge, waking watch, health & safety, or maintenance - but this is not essential
Is observant, organised, and confident communicating on site
Is comfortable travelling between properties using public transport or their own transport
Wants a long-term career with progression in fire safety and compliance
Experience & Qualifications
No previous fire safety role required
Any fire safety, health & safety, or construction-related training is a bonus but not essential
Full training and support will be provided
