Day Concierge

Day Concierge - Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for a professional and service-driven Day Concierge to join a prestigious, luxury residential development in London. This is a full-time, permanent role, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, 7:00am - 7:00pm.

About the Role:
As Day Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering exceptional concierge services, amenity operations, and building security. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage deliveries and guest arrivals, and ensure a seamless and high-standard resident experience. You will work closely with the building management team to uphold a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service for residents and guests.

• Motivate colleagues and work collaboratively to achieve team goals.

• Conduct site inspections and security patrols.

• Support amenities and manage bookings, post, and deliveries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' concierge experience in luxury London residential or hospitality environments.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly service-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Knowledge of Central London and surrounding areas.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team relationships.

• Impeccable personal presentation, hygiene, and professional conduct.

• Additional language skills are a plus.
