- Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced and trustworthy Estate Assistant / Caretaker to join our team based in East London, E3.
This is a physically demanding role, as it will include grounds maintenance, cleaning work and overall supervision of the estate. We are looking for someone with prior experience and knowledge of Health & Safety regulations including COSHH and PPE, and someone who is looking to take more ownership of the estate and duties included.
Duties / Experience required;
- Landscaping works and garden servicing
- Overall supervison of the estate and grounds
- Working with customers, staff members and external contractors
- Waste operations
- Reporting repairs, fly tipping, graffiti etc
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles
- COSHH and PPE knowledge or training is desirable
- Driving License desirable
Working hours; Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)
