Description

We're working with a fantastic client who is on the lookout for an experienced and flexible Front of House Community Associate to float across three vibrant co-working spaces in Southwest London.

In this key role, you'll help maintain the smooth running of each location, deliver an exceptional member experience, and contribute to a positive, connected community across the sites. Whether you're stepping in to cover a busy day or sharing your knowledge with newer team members, your presence will make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide day-to-day support across multiple sites, stepping in during absences, peak times, or special events
  • Keep front-of-house standards high - from the welcome at reception to the feel of the space
  • Share insights and best practices between teams to strengthen operations and culture
  • Be a supportive, positive presence that lifts team morale and fosters community
  • Offer informal training and shadowing to newer colleagues
  • Help with opening activities at new or evolving sites
  • Greet members and guests with professionalism and warmth - everyone should feel valued
  • Carry out regular walkthroughs to keep spaces looking and feeling great
  • Set up Wi-Fi, access cards, fobs, and provide light IT support for members
  • Assist with meeting room setup and troubleshooting as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or front-of-house experience (coworking, hospitality, or serviced offices are ideal)
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to travel between sites
  • Friendly, confident communicator with a people-first mindset
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and happy to share ideas with colleagues and clients

If this sounds like a great fit for you, we'd love to hear from you - please apply directly!
