Description
  • Carrying out minor day to day repairs and general maintenance tasks.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, clients, contractors and colleagues.
  • Monitoring and updating our electronic maintenance reporting system.
  • Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues to a high standard.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Conducting PAT tests, emergency lighting inspections, weekly fire alarm checks and assisting with fire evacuation procedures.
