We are pleased to be working with a luxury residential block based in St Johns Wood, currently seeking an experienced part time Night Porter to join the team!
Rota/Hours:
3 nights per week, Thursdays (10pm to 7am), Fridays (10pm to 7am) & Saturdays (7pm to 7am)Salary: £11.00 to £12.00 per hour depending on experience
Duties will include:- Manning the reception desk
- Dealing with any queries or issues from residents
- Ensuring no trespassers gain entry to the development
- Looking into maintenance issues for residents where able (such as checking communal boiler rooms and resetting electricy switches if and when needed)
- Supervising contractors
- Holding keys
- Ensuring waste bins are put out for collections on the correct days
- Distributing post and parcels
Desirable Experience:
- Background in luxury apartments, residential or 4-5* hotels.
- Strong customer service skills are key!
- Switched on attitude with great interpersonal skills
- Great communication skills
