Our client is currently recruiting for a full time General Operative/Caretaker based in Fulham, within a luxury residential site.
Job Details:
- 40hrs per week M-F 0800-1630
- Salary £28,808 - LLW
Job Summary:
To support cleaning of all communal areas and Reception as directed
To assist in the cleaning and general care of external areas, car parking areas (including entrance and exit), refuse areas and general walkways
To assist in the collection of refuse and readiness for collection by local authorities
To undertake general duties as directed, including but not limited to sorting deliveries, delivering items to residents, shopping for estate items, running general errands and assisting resident where necessary.Team Set up:
- Team of 9 in total, including 1 other operative and 2 cleaners
- Reports to the Estate Manager
