Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

The Role: Community Host
As a Community Host, you'll be the beating heart of the space, ensuring that members have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. From providing a warm welcome to managing events and supporting day-to-day operations, you'll play a key role in building a vibrant, engaged community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all members & guests
- Build and maintain strong relationships, fostering a collaborative and engaged community
- Organise and promote exciting events to enhance the member experience
- Handle enquiries, manage member support tickets, and oversee front-desk operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock control and mail distribution
- Work closely with the Community Manager to drive retention and engagement
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or a similar role
- A natural people-person with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
