Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Estate Operative to join the team at a luxury development in Southampton.

The 2 week shift pattern will be:

Monday 8am-4.30pm

Tuesday 6.30am-3pm

Wednesday 8am-4.30pm

Thursday 6.30am-3pm

Friday off

Saturday 8am-4.30pm

Sunday 8am-4.30pm

Monday off

Tuesday 6.30am-3pm

Wednesday 8am-4.30pm

Thursday 6.30am-3pm

Friday 8am-4.30pm

Saturday off

Sunday off

Main duties:

  • Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
  • General Maintence across the developments assisting with all adhoc tasks.
  • Litter picking around the estate and making sure the external areas are well maintained.
  • Internal patrols to identify any hazards or risks.
  • Duties may include Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.

Requirements:

  • Reliable and good timekeeping.
  • Can do attitude and willing to pick up extra tasks.
  • This is a hands on role so you will be required to do heavy lifting.
  • Team player.
  • 2 years experience within a similar role.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
