- Description
Our Client are looking for a Part-time Caretaker to work permanently at their luxury residential development based in North West London.
Working 3 - 4 days per week (either mornings or afternoons, depending on what is necessary) for 3 hours each, to include a weekend session in the morning. The weekday sessions to take place preferably on Mondays, Wednesdays (or Thursdays) and Saturdays. (Total of 9 - 12 hours per week)
Salary is confirmed at £11.75 per hour
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Empty bins
- Check all overflows externally
- Check all overflows in the attic
- Clear grilles at rear and front car park entrance
- Check lighting/change bulbs
- Check pressure on fire extinguishers
- Check service cupboards
- Clean big bins weekly
- Pick up litter
- Blow and collect leaves
- Check empty flats/run taps/electrical supply
- Clean benches weekly (Bird droppings etc)
- Stain Benches when required
- Maintain/paint car park lines
- Put down salt when there is frost on the ground
- Odd jobs for residents (bleed radiators, change light bulbs, read non-smart meters etc)
- Water plants
- Check compost bins
- Close louvre windows in corridors after monthly fire alarm test
