- Description
VERTO HR are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Concierge to join a residential development, based near Canary Wharf.
- Shift Pattern: 4on/4off - 1pm to 7pm
- Salary: £12,754.50 - £11.68 per hour
- Start Date: ASAP
Main Duties:
- Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
- Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
- Dealing with all residents' requests and complaints efficiently.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting, or taking messages as required.
- Accurate parcel handling and recording.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
- Maintaining a logbook of current and past contractors and on-site visitors.
- Internal and external patrols of the development.
- Confident to carry out H&S checks - Fire alarms, AOV's, emergency lights, lifts
