- Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced caretaker to join the team at a luxury development in South West London.
The shift pattern will be Monday - Friday, 5am - 1pm. 37.5 hours a week.
Main duties:
- To pull in and out all estate bins at the collection points using a bin tug.
- To keep the bin stores clean.
- To keep the underground carpark clean.
- To keep the underground carpark lobbies and stairs clean.
- To water the plant in the podium gardens.
- Bip tap flushing.
- Emergency break glass test.
- Any other tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Experience acting as a caretaker.
- Reliable and timekeeping.
- Flexible.
- Can do attitude.
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
