Assistant Centre Manager (Facilities Focus) - Flexible Workspace and Coworking
Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 plus bonus
Location: Battersea
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Whether they are renowned organisations or aspiring individuals searching for coworking space, they support businesses of all sizes. To promote productivity and advancement, their buildings provide space for coworking, specialised meeting rooms, and adaptable event spaces.
As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will assist the Manager in making sure that the team as a whole provides the highest level of operational excellence for customers and the business. You will be focused mainly on building and facilities management of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee move-ins and move-outs
- Plan and carry out community events
- Ensure member satisfaction, exceeding customer service levels and constantly seeking new ways to engage members
- Resolve any building or member issues as efficiently as possible
- Conduct tours for potential members
- Undergo a building walk-through inspection regularly
- Be familiar with technology used
Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership abilities
- Project management experience is ideal
- A confident team player who constantly identifying opportunities to improve their building
- A background in the hospitality industry and understand the importance of the overall experience of your clients
