Salary: £36,000
Location: Slough
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

We are seeking a Centre Manager to join their new centre in Slough with lots of personality to oversee and manage the Centre ensuring outstanding customer service, optimizing occupancy rates, and fostering the growth of a lively community network.
Responsibilities and Candidate Experience Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors within the business centre.
- Manage inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve issues related to facilities, amenities, and services.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and service requests.
- Oversee staff management, including training, and performance evaluation, to ensure a high level of professionalism and efficiency in the business centre.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, promoting continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, providing leadership and guidance to the staff for effective communication and successful teamwork within the business centre.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams.
