Salary: up to £30,000 DOE
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

This well-known building, which has a storied history, accommodates a diverse array of businesses and professionals. The organization is dedicated to delivering top-tier service to its occupants and guests.
As the Front of House Receptionist at this prestigious location, you will be the initial point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors. Your responsibilities will be instrumental in cultivating a warm and professional ambiance within the premises. You will have a pivotal role in ensuring that individuals who engage with our services leave with a positive and unforgettable impression.
Main Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome all visitors and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception desk, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and out, maintaining accurate records.
- Notify tenants of visitor arrivals promptly.
- Issue visitor badges and maintain security protocols.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, coordinating courier services, and managing office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Meeting Room Coordination:
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings.
- Arrange for catering and AV equipment as requested.
Security and Safety:
- Maintain awareness of building security protocols and report any security concerns.
- Act as a point of contact for emergency situations, following established procedures.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing tenant and guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle complaints or concerns with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
