- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments and are currently recruiting for temporary maintenance/handyman's to work based in Brighton. We are looking for 5* candidates who are immediately available.
Rates vary between £9 to £10.50 per hour + Holiday Pay.
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) - WORK IS UNTIL 22ND AUGUST
You must be able to work on a 0 hour contract, have excellent customer service skills & dress appropriately.
Duties include:
- Minor maintenance works to communal + external areas
- Light painting works
- Changing light bulbs
- Logging defects with the developer
- Following up on defects with the developer
- Completing compliance testing ie. Weekly fire alarm testing
- Ensuring all equipment in apartments is working ready for Resident Move In
- Arranging access for contractors as required
- Logging jobs with contractors as required
Candidates MUST have previous experience working within Residential.
