Our client is currently recruiting for an Office Receptionist based in SE1, this is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone with fantastic communication skills and ideally has experience within a Reception role, within the Property industry.
Title: Office Receptionist
Reporting to: Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5:30pm
Salary - £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
The Role
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our client's company. The receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them.
- Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building.
- A helping them navigate through the office and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
- Maintain calendars for appointments.
- Sort mail.
Person Profile:
A Receptionist must be pleasant, have good listening skills and be able to provide the correct information when asked. The below list will be key to delivering the role:

Education and training requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service understanding and drive.
- Office software proficiency.
- Handling multi-line phone systems.

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
