Package: £40,000 to £45,000 + OTE of £75,000 to £90,000 + Company Equity
Location: Central London
Working Hours / Days: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Our client are on a mission to become Europe's leading serviced office brand with bases across key central European cities. By the end of 2023, they will have c.40,000 sqft of operational office space in Central London and have sights to expand internationally in Q1 2024. In 2023 alone, they have expanded their portfolio by nearly 500%.
We're looking for a motivated sales professional to lead the sales machine. Our client have a small but growing sales team and are looking for someone to lead the team from strength to strength. Upon hiring, the Sales Manager will have the opportunity for the central sales team to benefit from the vacancy of c.25,000 sq ft of brand new office space to find clients for.

About you:
- Direct sales experience in the coworking or serviced offices industry.
- Experience in succeeding in fast-paced, KPI driven sales environment
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing & qualifying leads, nurturing, and negotiating deals
- Ambitious and passionate about personal development
- Clear and confident communicator, both externally and internally
- Analytical, able to understand the drivers of success in your role and plan accordingly
