- Description
VERTO HR are looking for an experienced, confident, and well-presented Concierge to work at a residential development based in Brighton.
Monday - Friday, 8am- 12pm -20hrs a week, £10836 pa
The ideal candidate will have experience in front of house positions with excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- To provide all necessary services to the residents as per the instructions of senior management
- To communicate efficiently with all other members of staff, the residents, guests, and onsite contractors
- Responsible for the welcoming residents and guests to the property
- Responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts always
- To respond proactively to resident requests. Always respond a timely and polite manner * To manage all whereabouts of contractors
- To monitor all persons at the property and ensure they have a right to be present
- To answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries. To log messages, requests & events
- Report and monitor Health & Safety issues and ensure a safe working practice is adhered to
- Daily and weekly cleaning communal areas, including hoovering, polishing etc.
