Salary: £30,000 plus a yearly bonus

Working Days: Monday to Friday, rota'd between the hours of 7am - 10pm

Location: Farringdon, City of London

Primary Responsibilities:

• During the designated business hours, manage the flow of the building
• Being the initial point of contact and the first impression of the company
• Use the appropriate channels to report any maintenance concerns, and make sure they are resolved
• Support your building's programming and assess events based on attendance, satisfaction, and the effect they have on the members
• Know the area well and be able to propose places to members and their visitors
• Updates on the building or events should be written and sent

Desired Experience:

• Ideally Private Members' Clubs, Hotels, and high-end customer facing experience
• Devoted to fostering relationships and providing hospitality
