PMR are recruiting for a Caretaker/Maintenance Operative to join their team in Feltham (TW13).

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Time: 8:00am - 16:00pm

Salary: £26,000per annum

Location: TW13 - Feltham

General Job Description:

  • Being reactive and responsive to day-to-day repairs and general maintenance.
  • Carry out minor communal repairs.
  • Complete all Handyman duties, eg. changing lightbulbs, fixing door handles and ensuring all doors shut firmly.
  • Respond to emergencies such as sounding fire alarms,water leaks etc. or any health and security risks to the building.
  • Paint and Decorate were necessary.
  • Ad-hoc cleaning.
  • Be polite, helpful & attentive to colleagues, residents, contractors, and any other shareholders.

Experience:

  • 1 years' experience in a maintenance role.

The ideal candidate will live 45 minutes - 1hour away from site.
