Salary: £26,750

In partnership with the best hospitality school in the world, the team are trained to provide highly professional support and build relationships with members. They want members to feel as though our client are part of their team, and that they are contributing to the development of their own working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome all visitors
- Handle calls and emails
- Assist the Manager with building operations and maintenance issues to offer the best possible experience
- Assist with planning and organising events
- Raise tickets for IT issues
- Create a warm and welcoming environment
Requirements:
- Experience working in a customer service or reception position (hotel, restaurant, retail)
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- People person
- Good organisational skills and commitment to finishing projects on time
- Detail-oriented and at ease working in a fast-paced environment
