Day Concierge/ Security Officer - Luxury Apartments

PMR is working with a luxury residential scheme based in East London, looking to expand their on-site team and recruit an additional Day Concierge/ Security Officer for the development.

This role will involve a mixture of front of house and security duties, and will be an active role so please bear this in mind when applying. SIA licence preferred but not essential.

Rota: 4on 4off, day shifts (6am to 6pm)

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 pa

Duties will include:

• Routine Patrols of the development.
• Electric meter and water reading for residents.
• Manage all aspects of front of house concierge office.
• Assisting residents, contractors, and visitors when and where required.
• CCTV monitoring.
• Keeping a diary of all works and visits.
• Reporting Faults and Defects through appropriate channels.
• Answer telephone calls and emails and logging of messages.
• Signing in and out visitors and contractors.
• Receiving parcels and letters on behalf of residents then programming them on a parcel data base system before putting them on shelf for collection.
• Key Holding and management, programming fob keys and car remote control fobs for contractors and residents.
• Handing out keys and access fob to cleaners, residents and contractors as required.
• Able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience working within residential or hospitality in a similar role
• Security trained - SIA preferred
• Experience in CCTV operation
• Customer service skills
