Site Director / General Maanger
Coworking. Serviced Office. Flexible Workspace. Community Manager.
Location: Twickenham, London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary: £35,500 to £38,000 plus share options and great benefits

They are transforming distinct heritage buildings into centres for community, work, public events, and education. We are seeking a Site Directors to lead the new location in Twickenham to be the new high street hub of professional and cultural activity.
The site you run will be yours to own and develop as you wish, building a team around you. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial and commercially minded, and an equity ownership opportunity will be presented to you.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or managing membership environments,
- A proven track record of leading others with empathy towards common goals,
- Experience in either or both of sales and hospitality,

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading on-site sales processes,
- Creating a vibrant and engaging community home,
- Proactive community outreach,
- Developing local cultural programming on-site,
- Managing multiple projects on-site,
- Supporting non-work uses of your venue,
- Ensuring site level pricing is competitive and accessible,
- Building and leading a great team, and developing budgets and reporting that will reflect your progress in building the business.
