Facilities and Property Manager / Projects Coordinator

Serviced Office. Commercial Office. Facilities Management. Maintenance Management. Property Management. Facilities Coordinator. Project Management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Salary: £35,000

Reporting to: Head of Projects and Facilities

Location: London

Our client is the longest standing flexible workspace provider. They are a flexible workspace company owning 15 sites across London, with private office spaces as well as inviting communal areas. This comapny own their buildings and are not planning on selling any of them, just continuing to improve them. What this means for their residents is stability. They can be secure in the knowledge that their office is their office. They have bright offices of all shapes and sizes as well as amenities like meeting rooms, kitchens, multiple breakout spaces and gyms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Overseeing maintenance across a portfolio of several serviced office buildings in central London
  • Co-ordinating and project managing small works as well as full scale refurbishments
  • Keeping track of maintenance and facilities budgets
  • Liaising with centre staff on planned and reactive maintenance repairs/servicing
  • Manging incoming emails and telephone calls from staff and contractors
  • Arranging multiple quotes to find competitive rates without compromising on quality
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Reading through RAMS to check the works match the specification and submitting to our H&S consultant for approval
  • Weekly site visits to centres with our onsite project manager and/or H&S consultant
  • Keeping the maintenance system and files up to date
