Our client is looking for a experienced Cleaner to work at a luxury development in East London
The role will be Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm and Sunday's 8am - 12 noon
Responsibilities will involve general cleaning duties (polishing, hoovering, sweeping, window cleaning, helping with refuse etc.), providing an excellent level of customer service to residents and assisting with any issues that may arise on-site.
Main Duties:
- Light and deep clean of communal Blocks ( staircase, handrails, carpets , communal doors and windows)
- Light cleaning of the estate office. (Estate office, Kitchen, staff toilets )
- Empty bins on each floor.
- Clean the lift including mirror and polish doors inside and on each floor.
- Sweeping outside main entrances.
- High level dusting, skirting board dusting, and vacuuming.
- Ensure the cleaning cupboards are kept tidy and as found, request replacement chemicals if necessary
Candidates with similar experience in cleaning roles would be very much desirable and experience working within the luxury residential sector would also be welcomed.
You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
