- Description
We are currently working with a well established managing agent who is seeking a permanent Night Security Officer to provide security service to a modern, luxury residential estate based in East London. This is a high calibre development so the client will be looking for an immaculate candidate with a pro-active approach.
Hours: 7pm - 7am, 4on 4off rota
Salary: £24,000 per annum
SIA Licence and Door Supervisor Licence is essential, candidates MUST have both to be able to apply for this role.
Duties:
- To perform your duties and provide an overall security service, in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the Management.
- To regularly inspect during the shift all internal and external areas of the estate (residential and commercial), and report any concerns to the Management.
- To investigate without delay any areas of concern raised by the Management.
- Key areas include all internal and adjacent external perimeter of the estate, car park and estate walkways, which are to be monitored by regular patrols and proactive CCTV monitoring.
- To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
- To enter all relevant comments/ details in the security log, and liaise with the estate concierge team ensuring proper signing in & out of all contractors and service personnel in attendance to the communal areas of the estate.
- Supervising any keys which may be held in the security office ensuring that they are correctly logged in & out in accordance with the agreed procedures.
Candidates MUST have:
- SIA licenced and Door Supervisor.
- Experience of working in a high end customer service establishment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters that may involve the general public and handling issues and queries with professionalism.
- Ideally have worked on luxury residential blocks or 4-5* hotels previously.
Candidates must be able to provide 2 professional references and undergo relevant vetting checks.
