Description

Our client is seeking a new Head Concierge to join their friendly team based in SE1 - London!

Salary - up to £35k per annum + benefits
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm - must be open to working 1 late per week (eg.12pm until 8pm)

Please DO NOT apply if you have no Head/Lead Concierge experience within luxury residential or 5* hotels , as you will not be considered for the postion.

General:
To supervise and monitor all front of house personnel to ensure that the highest possible level of customer service is a priority at all times. To liaise with the management team, personnel, contractors and specialists as required.

Duties:

  • To maintain an effective managerial relationship with all staff, ensuring that they remain highly motivated and that their work is of the required high standard.
  • To manage work rotas in conjunction with the Residential Management Team and agree the setting of daily tasks for the staff.
  • To assist the Residential Building Manager and the Management Team with recruitment, arrange induction training of new staff in conjunction with the Residential Management Team on all procedures and to train staff to ensure that they are familiar with relevant procedures and that these are adhered to at all times.
  • To set an example for all staff members by remaining courteous and helpful to all occupiers as well as to members of the public, staff, guests and contractors.

Must Have Experience in the below:

Previous Concierge experience in a High-End Residential Property development.
Dealing with the general public in sensitive situations.
Previous experience working as a Head Concierge / Lead Concierge in a luxury residential development
Knowledge of building maintenance and management.
