- Description
Our client is seeking an experienced caretaker to join the team at a luxury residential development based in Vauxvall.
Hours of work:Monday to Friday
08:00am - 16:30pm
Main duties:
- Oversee cleaning of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Grounds maintenance such as sweeping of external areas.
- Jet washing/disinfecting binstore room.
- Watering flowerbeds and lawned areas as required during Summer months.
- General light maintenance works such as checking lights operating.
- To be familiar with all aspects of the site including location of stop cocks (main and individual), shut off points for gas and electricity.
- To acquire a working knowledge of the technical equipment such as water pump control panel and access control system, within the building and individual units in order to offer prompt assistance with any defects or malfunctions that may arise.
- To be familiar with the house rules, onsite handbook and any other associated documents relating to the site and refer to them as often as required.
- Ensure residents are treated in a respectful, helpful, polite and efficient manner.
