We are currently looking for temporary caretakers to cover our sites across the Surrey area (mainly RH postcode)
Working hours:
Can range from site to site but generally will be Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pmMain purpose of the job:
To provide general cleaning and maintenance support for the buildings.Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Grounds maintenance such as sweeping of external areas
- Jet washing/disinfecting binstore room
- Watering flowerbeds and lawned areas as required during Summer months
- General light maintenance works such as checking lights operatingPerson Specification:
- Previous experience within residential or hotel environment in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
